• The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The return request is made after the 14-day return window.
• The item was purchased during a clearance or promotional sale that was marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How to Return Items

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, reason for the return, and any other relevant information.

Return Instructions

Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions along with a return authorization. Please package the item securely with all original tags and send it to one of the following addresses:

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed swiftly (Within a period of 2-3 working days)
